Where the prices come from

These are not made-up list prices. The calculator uses our real trips: every year we organise thousands of shipments within Ukraine and abroad. For popular routes we show the typical truck price range of the last 12 months; for others, the per-km rate for the selected vehicle.

Domestic prices exclude VAT, as paid to carriers in cash or by card. International prices are full-truckload prices in EUR.

Why the exact price may differ

Date: trucks cost more in peak season and before holidays
Backhaul: a trip is cheaper if the truck returns loaded
Cargo: oversized, ADR, temperature control and part loads change the price
Payment terms: with VAT, deferred payment, currency

How accurate is the calculator?

It shows the typical market range. A logistician will give the exact price for your date within 15 minutes during business hours.

Do prices include VAT?

The calculator shows both prices: excl. and incl. VAT (+20 %). International transport is zero-rated (VAT 0 %), priced in EUR per full truckload.
