How groupage works
We build a truckload from several shippers heading the same way. Each client pays only for the part of the trailer their cargo occupies, so a small shipment travels for a fraction of a full-truck price.
Groupage is used by online stores, distributors, spare-parts and equipment makers and consumer-goods companies.
What to prepare
- Weight and dimensions of each package (length × width × height)
- Packaging: pallet, stretch film, corner protectors for fragile goods
- Labels: consignee address, package number, “Fragile”
- Documents: delivery note, invoice, certificates if needed
How the price is calculated
The price depends on the route and on what is “heavier” — weight or volume. Light but bulky cargo is priced per cubic metre, dense cargo per kilogram.
