What multimodal transport is
Multimodal transport means delivering cargo by several modes under one contract. For example: a container by sea from Türkiye or Asia to a port, then by rail or truck to your warehouse. You don’t have to find a shipping line, a port agent and a haulier separately — we organise everything.
This lowers costs over long distances, helps avoid congested borders and suits large volumes.
Schemes we offer
Sea + road
Containers and Ro-Ro via Black Sea ports, Constanța (Romania) or Gdańsk (Poland) with road delivery to Ukraine.
Rail + road
Large lots of raw materials and steel by rail, first and last mile by truck.
Road + ferry
The truck rides a Ro-Ro ferry — faster than driving around and no reloading.
Air + road
Urgent small cargo by air to an EU hub and on by truck.
Benefits for you
- Lower cost on long routes (Türkiye, China, Middle East)
- One contract and one contact instead of several contractors
- Flexibility: we re-route if a border or port is congested
- Tracking at every stage
- Customs clearance at the port or at the border
When to choose multimodal
If your cargo is large (20+ t or several containers), the route is long (over 1,500 km) or crosses the sea, we’ll price several options and show the difference in cost and time. A combined route is often 15–30% cheaper than a direct truck.
