In short: we only use your data to reply to your request and organise your transport.
What data we receive
When you send a request on the website we receive your name, phone, email (if provided) and the description of your cargo and route. The server also logs technical data — IP address, time of request and browser type — to protect against spam.
Why
We need the data to contact you, quote the transport and prepare documents. We don’t sell it or share it with third parties for advertising.
Where it is stored
Requests are delivered to our logisticians via Telegram and stored in the company’s working spreadsheet and on the website server in the EU. Only staff handling requests have access.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data by writing to admin@avtoceh.com. We will reply within 30 days.
Cookies
The website does not use advertising cookies. Technical browser data (such as your language choice) may be used for convenience.
